Date: November 4-5; hours 9.30-4.30
Join the Calligraphy Society of Ottawa pot-pourri of calligraphy deep-dives! A day of paste paper for backgrounds and other uses, taught by Doris Wionzek (Saturday) Sunday will feature an all day “Calligraphy Clinic” with four of our experienced calligraphers on hand to demonstrate techniques, tools and materials as well as scripts, and to respond to questions and provide input and/or assistance. Bring a project of your own, or simply experiment, exchange tips and ideas, or put your new paste paper to use. Suggestion: make cards and bookmarks for the December sale table.
This exciting offering will allow our community to gather in friendly Calligraphy-oriented activities in a weekend-long immersive workshop.
