The Calligraphy Society of Ottawa

Since we had a mishap with Zoom in February, Wendy graciously offered to repeat her presentation in April. She will be talking about making ink from natural materials, found in one's garden or outside.

Our March meeting will soon be here. This meeting will be held via Zoom, so you can enjoy it with a tea or coffee in the comfort and safety of your own homes. We will be featuring Rebecca Bruyere, who will be speaking about botanical things. Please check your mailbox for the Zoom invitation (check your spam folder as well).

After our January break, we will be meeting once again, for our one and only Saturday meeting of the year. This meeting will be held via Zoom, so you can enjoy it with a tea or coffee in the comfort and safety of your own homes. We will be featuring CBBAG and OOTB member Wendy Feldberg, who makes her own ink from natural materials.

You are invited to our next meeting on December 4, 2020, at 7:30 pm, which will feature our annual holiday card swap. We would like to see your cards and hear the stories behind them, including inspiration and ideas. You will be able to enjoy your own refreshments in the comfort of your own homes.

Greg will present several techniques, mediums and tools that will make your letters shine.
